Who we are. SIA “BONUS.LV” (registration No. 40003982651, legal address Meža iela 28, Tukums, Tukuma novads, LV-3101, Latvia) is the controller of personal data processed in connection with this website. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Latvian law. For any privacy question, contact us at info@bonus.lv.
Information we collect. This website has no forms, user accounts or analytics. We process personal data only in two situations:
- When you contact us. If you write to or call us, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- When you visit the site. Our web server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request and the page requested. We use this data solely to operate, maintain and secure the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing purposes. Data may be processed on our behalf by our hosting provider, bound by a data processing agreement. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and transmits your IP address to Google. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention. Server logs are kept only for as long as needed to operate and secure the website. Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was received, or as required by law, for example accounting and tax rules.
Your rights. You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@bonus.lv; we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
